- Exclusive use of the House, Grounds, and Barn.
- A Wedding Coordinator to facilitate the rehearsal and day of the wedding.
- Bridal Party Flowers provided by A Perfect Wedding Floral Design. Includes a custom designed Bridal Bouquet, 3 bridesmaids bouquets, 6 boutonnieres, 2 corsages, and a toss bouquet.
- Catering provided by G&W Catering. Includes 1 appetizer, 2 Entrees, 3 sides, rolls, and beverage station. Gwen, and her professionally dressed staff, will handle everything from the buffet table decor to cake cutting service.
- Wedding Cake provided by Chubby Cakes and Bakes Bakery. A custom designed traditional tiered wedding cake with buttercream icing and choice of flavor & filling.
Saturday pricing ranges from $8600 - $11,300

Do you allow Alcohol at your venue?
Regretfully, we do not allow alcohol, however, a champagne toast is permissible.
Do I need to set up an appointment to tour the property?
We would love to show you around! We do tours by appointment only Monday - Friday, and Saturday mornings. Weekend appointments may depend on the time of the wedding that day.
How many people can The McGarity House accommodate?
Our max capacity is 150 guest.
What if it rains on the day of my event?
No worries! We have a covered barn and a fully enclosed reception hall.
How do I reserve The McGarity House?
Yay! You've picked a venue! To reserve The McGarity House we will need a $1500 deposit and a signed contract.
Do you allow outside vendors?
You may hire the DJ, Photographer, or Videographer of your choice.
